YOUNG FARM MACHINERY OPERATORS FROM OZERSK MADE A TOUR TO DOLGOVGRUPP
Graduates from the Ozersk Technical School of Environmental Engineering visited the agroholding company for the first time on Friday, 20 April. They had an ambitious, extensive and interesting programme. First the guys visited the agricultural holding company’s mechanical workshops, where the harvesters and tractors are usually repaired. They learned some nuances of the design and principles of the company’s field machinery. They even managed to apply their knowledge in practice by testing the capabilities of modern harvesters and tractors from leading manufacturers, such as Claas and John Deere. Then the guys visited the elevator and rape plant in Nesterov, and in the end, the most promising and hard-working graduates received DolgovGrupp certificates. This time, the lucky young professionals are Ruslan Kulagin and Sergei Yasko. In a solemn atmosphere in the head office of the agricultural holding, Dmitry Dolgov, a co-ownerof the company personally presented certificates to them. - Today the agroholding is a dynamically developing company that includes many branches, from plant growing to meat, dairy and egg production, said Dmitry Dolgov. - We have a lot of arable land, which should be processed on time and in high quality. For all this we need professionals; that is why we are always happy with young and promising personnel and are ready to give them decent wages, housing and career opportunities, the co-owner of DolgovGroup assured. It should be noted that a DolgovGroup certificate is an official document that gives young specialists the opportunity to find employment after graduating from the university in the agricultural holding company, which means getting stable wages, a full social package, an office car and housing. In addition, such a document makes it possible to access all the professional development resources exclusively designed for the specialists of the agricultural holding company, i.e. attending seminars and training courses not only in Russia but also Europe. - Our students visited the DolgovGrupp facilities for the first time, and we are impressed by the scale of production. The company meets all the today’s requirements, in terms of both technological infrastructure and production standards, said Anatoly Bykov, a teacher of technical disciplines at the Ozersky Technical School ofEnvironmental Engineering. I very much hope that such excursions for students of our technical school will be held at DolgovGroup on a regular basis.
